The client assigns to The PHOTOGRAPHER, the image rights and authorizes the dissemination of said photographs and/or videos using the currently known means (exhibition, web page, social media, etc.) and those that could be developed in the future and for any app.

The duration of the transfer of image rights of THE CLIENT does not set any time limit, nor for the use and exploitation of the photographs, or part of them, in which it appears, so the authorization is considered granted for a period of time. unlimited.

The memory card, supports or any means containing the images will remain in the possession and custody of The PHOTOGRAPHER, except for what may be delivered through a download web page determined by the photographer.

The PHOTOGRAPHER expressly authorizes THE CLIENT to use the photographs and/or videos delivered for inclusion in social networks, web pages and different virtual media, as long as the content of one or all of the content is not partially or totally altered. Photographs.

The CLIENT agrees not to receive any type of payment or remuneration for the report made for the possible sale of the photos that have been obtained in this report.

The PHOTOGRAPHER may include in the images taken, his name, pseudonym, copyright symbols or whatever he requires and deems appropriate to safeguard his copyright and property rights, even in the photographs delivered to THE CLIENT, as long as it does not hinder the vision of himself. Likewise, the PHOTOGRAPHER will deliver said photographs digitally and not printed.

The PHOTOGRAPHER may reserve the right to end the dive, at any time, if he considers that the material obtained is sufficient and/or due to any possible emergency that may endanger his physical integrity.

The CLIENT agrees to comply with the material received even when the environmental conditions (visibility, waves, currents, etc.) are not completely favourable, as well as if the result of the report is not to their personal liking, all with the proviso that the report will not adjust at least fifty percent to the sample of examples and to what was previously agreed.
